Because garments are made on demand:

Production begins after an order is submitted for fulfillment.
Processing and manufacturing times may vary.
Minor manufacturing variations may occur.
Certain changes or cancellations may become unavailable once production begins.
Non-defective products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

These conditions do not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and order information carefully before purchasing.

5. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our Website.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect accepted orders except as permitted by law.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Payments are handled through Shopify and supported payment processors.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for correctly fulfilled, non-defective merchandise due to incorrect sizing, color preference, or changes of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact us promptly.

To facilitate claims through our fulfillment partner, we ask customers to report these issues within 30 calendar days of delivery.
